Online Norwegian language course at B1.3 level
Classes are held in live mode with a lecturer and additionally Students receive additional materials for their own work. The materials are included in the course price.

In the course price you receive:
- access to licensed e-learning platforms that are modeled after the Norskprøve exam
- recordings of the classes, so you won't miss anything if you can't attend a lesson

- a diploma for completing the course (requirement: active attendance at 80% of classes)

In class, we learn through fun, quizzes, games, discussions, videos and active conversations. We practice reading by reading texts and dialogues, and we expand our vocabulary by working with texts, listening assignments and discussions. We write written texts largely at home, which I check after class and send back with comments to the student.

In the Norwegian B1.3 level course, participants develop their language skills to reach an advanced level of communication in Norwegian. In this area of language study, the focus is on developing grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening comprehension and speaking skills. Here are the main areas that the B1.3 level courses focus on:

1. Grammar: Participants learn more advanced grammatical structures and gain confidence in their use. They learn more complex tenses, modes, sentence construction and idioms.

2 Vocabulary: They expand their vocabulary with more advanced topics such as politics, culture, science, technology or literature. They also learn idiomatic expressions and colloquial language.

3. Reading: They practice reading texts on various topics, such as newspaper articles, literary excerpts, reports, academic texts, etc. They learn to analyze the text, understand its context and draw conclusions.

4 Writing: They learn to write more complex texts, such as essays, opinion pieces, formal and informal letters. They practice linguistic correctness, coherence and logical argumentation.

5 Listening comprehension: They work on understanding spoken Norwegian in a variety of situations, such as dialogues, interviews, presentations, radio recordings and movies. They practice listening comprehension of both authentic language and varying accents.

6 Speaking: They learn to fluently express their thoughts and opinions on a variety of topics. They work on grammatical correctness, vocabulary choice, speaking fluency and the ability to put together longer speeches.

7 Culture and Customs: Learn about Norwegian culture, history, traditions and customs to better understand the linguistic and social context of Norway.
