TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE NORWEGIAN LANGUAGE COURSE

for Participant in the Norwegian language course - Norsk for alle - norskopplæring med Mila Stiegler organized by Mila Eirin Stiegler

1. The organizer offers Norwegian language courses at the A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1 levels.
2. Classes are held in groups of at least 6 people. If the formation of a group does not take place then the Organizer reserves the right to postpone the course to another date, or to cancel the course, of which it will immediately notify interested persons.
3. The participant can take the following Norwegian language classes:
   Group classes
   Individual classes
4. The schedule of classes at Norsk for Alle is determined by the Organizer in such a way that it is as compatible as possible with the schedule of other language schools or courses in Norway, in terms of days off, holiday breaks, or holidays. Detailed information will always be sent to the Participant well in advance.
5. The organizer reserves the right to cancel classes in case of illness of the teacher and inability to find a replacement. Such classes will be made up as soon as possible.

1. A Participant is defined as a person who has purchased a language course through the website www.norskforalle.no, or signed an agreement for participation in a given course and sent scans of the signed agreement to the Organizer at the Organizer's email address: info@norskforalle.com.
2. If the Participant enrolls in the course by sending a signed contract to the Organizer's email address (i.e., not through the norskforalle.no website), the course fee (one-time or in installments) must be paid in accordance with the date specified on the Participant's invoice.
3. Failure to make payment or the first installment thereof, may be treated by the Organizer as failure to make the proper payment for the course and, consequently, will entitle the Organizer to refuse to allow the Participant to participate in the course.
4. A person applying for the course does not need to have a permanent personal number or D-number. In the situation where the person interested in attending the course does not have a permanent personal number or D-number, it is not possible to spread the payment for the course in installments.
5. Participants transferring money from a bank not located in Norway must add the amount of NOK 50 (in words: fifty) to each payment as an additional bank fee charged to the Organizer by the bank.

1. Participation in the course by the Participant takes place after purchasing the course through the website or after receiving an invoice via email and paying the amount in full and within the deadlines specified in the contract or invoice sent via email to the Participant's address.
2. The participant is obliged to pay the course fees in a timely manner, including in accordance with the Installment Payment Schedule provided by the Organizer on the invoice(s).
3. If a participant is removed from the list of Participants due to his/her fault, during the course, he/she is deprived of the right to claim a refund of the course fees incurred so far.

1. Resignation from the course can be made only by delivering to the Organizer a statement of resignation before the course start date. In order to be invalid, the cancellation must take the form of a statement sent to the Organizer's e-mail address (info@norskforalle.com) specifying the level of the course, the start date and the personal data of the resigning person.
2. A cancellation that is delivered to the Organizer, at least 14 working days before the course start date, results in the Participant not being obliged to pay any fee.
3. Cancellation, which is notified within 8-13 working days before the start of the course, will result in the Participant being required to pay a fee equal to 50% of the course payment.
4. Cancellation, which is notified within 1-7 business days before the start of the course, will result in the Participant being required to pay a fee equal to 75% of the course fee.
5. Cancellations that are submitted on or after the start date of the course will not be accepted and the fee for the course in question is due. At the same time, if the Participant has not yet paid the full amount for the course in question, he/she must pay the full fee in accordance with the dates specified on the invoice.

1. Participants are required to equip themselves with a computer or laptop, headphones, microphone and camcorder to actively participate in the class
2. Learning materials (class recordings and access to the e-learning platform) will be available to the Participant during the course period and 3 weeks after course completion.
3. Dissemination, reproduction, copying, etc. of the learning materials provided to the Participant, including recordings, is prohibited.
4. A participant who passes the course will receive from the Organizer a confirmation of participation in the classes in the given number of hours. The document bears the logo of DIREKTORATET FOR HØYERE UTDANNING OG KOMPETANSE (HK-DIR).
5. The document is sent to the Participant electronically to the indicated e-mail address.
6. In order to receive credit for the course (confirmation of the number of approved hours by the DIREKTORATET FOR HØYERE UTDANNING OG KOMPETANSE (HK-DIR) , attendance at classes where the webcam is turned on is required. In exceptional situations, of which the Organizer is informed in advance, the requirement for a camera on may be waived.

  Additional information
  1. Lessons through the e-learning platform - stand-alone course through the e-learning platform.
  ➢ Access to lessons time-limited ( at least one month, with each subsequent month you can buy access for additional months)
  ➢ Prohibition of sharing the account with third parties. Access to the program is only reserved to one person.
  ➢ Once a week, the teacher checks and comments on the Participant's work.
  ➢ The possibility of email contact between the Participant and the Teacher. Teacher will respond within 48h to the message.
  ➢ Checking the level of knowledge. Choice of level from A1 to B2. The Student himself chooses the level on which he works, and the Teacher then checks the chosen level. In one month, the Participant chooses only one level to be checked by the Teacher.
  ➢ Cost of the course through the platform (not combined with the live online group course) - 999 NOK per month. No possibility of installments. If the Participant buys access to the platform for more months, the Participant receives a 5% discount for each additional month (discount possible only up to 4 months). If the Participant does not purchase access for more than one month at a time, he/she does not receive a discount for the next month, which will be purchased after the previous session has ended.
  ➢ Possibility to purchase one-time access up to a maximum of 4 months.
  ➢ Posting of payment gives the opportunity to open the platform and start the course. Cancellation of the course after payment is not possible.

1. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations, should it be necessary due to a change in the terms and conditions of the contract or other situations difficult to foresee.
2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems of the Participant's devices (computer, laptop, iPad, tablet, smartphone, etc.). It is not responsible for their technical errors and operation of these devices.
3. In the case referred to in items 1 and 2, Participants are not entitled to any claims against the Organizer, including for a refund of the course fee paid so far.
4. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be immediately notified to the Participant, and at that moment they are considered to be in force.
